50 cal ammo box with 20v battery dayton audio kabd 230 dsp amp and kenwood 4inch speakers ear hurting loud

Design Goals:

Figure out better bluetooth reception upgrade speakers install bass ports and tweeters mount second kabd amp to power just tweeters so can have true 2way speaker setup and clean up wiring harness and insulate inside of can

Driver Selection:

4inch Kenwood fullrange for now

Enclosure Design:

2 way dual amped component speaker system

Crossover Design:

Kabd dsp set at 3500khz crossover frequency with 70hz cutoff
