Project Description:

30 Watt Blue Tooth Ammo Kit from Parts Express, made 3, one for each of my children. One is black cherry, one is butternut and one is sephora

Design Goals:

Great sounding, attractive, portable blue tooth speaker

30 Watt Ammo Box Blue Tooth Kit, with 3.25 inch all range speakers

Tips & Tricks:

After cutting the speaker holes, I ran a round over router bit on both inside and outside surfaces, made hooking them up much easier. When wiring the amp board to the outer panel, ensure that you roll up the wires with a double pass around, go in order around the panel and when done, then mount the standoffs.

Conclusion:

Took a while, I have a large collection of my own rough milled wood, so just getting flat and regular surfaces is half the battle, half lapped joints, glue only no fasteners.
