Driver Selection
i had my old rockford fosgate t1 sitting around collecting dust for about 6 months until i heard about plate amplifiers so i thought id give it a go

Enclosure Design
went with the factory specs for the t1, constructed out of 3/4″ particle board, glued and nailed, had to break it in and seal the leaks before i painted it, 2 layers of black flexstone, and green and orange flourescent paint on the edges

Amplifier/Crossover Configuration
wired the amp in a series on the sub which is a dual coil 600w per coil at 2 ohms each

Enclosure Assembly
had a friend take the schematics to his woodworking shop and he called me a couple days later to come pick it up

Conclusion
i love the look, the sound, and the satisfaction of doing this mostly by myself
